As other reviews say, this place is absolutely wonderful! From the booking process, the arrival, our stay, check-out and security deposit refund…everything went smoothly. With bedrooms and bathrooms on all three levels (the bonus room on the main level has a pull-out sofa and is not counted as a bedroom but with its own, full bathroom, it could easily be), it is perfect for groups, giving everyone some privacy. The pictures do a great job in showing the place and it is still nicer in person. And having direct access to the beach is absolutely amazing! I wish we could have stayed longer!!
Great place! Getting in to the property (gated) and the beach house was well explained and easy. The photos show it almost exactly as it is-only better once you arrive. Clean, bright and everything you need is right there. We watched sea life (dolphins, seals or otters) almost every morning from the deck while we had coffee. the beach allowed us long walks each day. It was a little cool and overcast but we did have one nice beach day, and the day we left would have been another. Loved it. The owner was very easy to reach and quick to respond all by e-mail, she gave her phone number, although we never had to call her. Really great place!!!!
Four high school girlfriends and I celebrating our 50th birthdays spent 4 nights at this amazing rental property. I couldn’t ask for anything more from the accomodations or the location. You are right on the beach!! Everything you could ever ask for is there…very well appointed. The rental was extremely clean and everything was in perfect working condition. We prepared/ate every meal there and only left for a short trip to the market once during our entire stay!! The floor plan is perfect for a family, or a couple of families. Plenty of areas to congregate in, but also easy to find a place to sneak away for privacy. The unobstructed ocean views from every floor and the lanai(s) are gorgeous. Dolphins, seals, & otters were seen multiple times/day!! The beach was never crowded…so peaceful. Another bonus was that the owner was extremely easy to work with!! We all hated leaving and are already talking about returning next year…if not sooner!
This was one of the best vacation homes we’ve stayed in. Comfortable, nicely decorated, well maintained in great condition. Fairly easy to find, close to groceries, ample parking.
The photos accurately show what you get, and the owner was lovely to work with. Very responsive and quick to reply to all my questions.
Excellent for 6 people with each couple having a level of the home to themselves with a bathroom (most excellent!!). For those who cook, the kitchen is very nice though a bit smallish if you have more than one chef in there at a time. We had all the pots/pans we needed and necessities easily accessible.
Roomy: the layout for the great space was perfect. All six of us could be in the space at the same time without feeling crowded, or go out to the patio and have plenty of room out there too.
An excellent TV room for movie nite!
The location was on an easily accessible lovely beach, with plenty of walking in either direction. We got our exercise! You can watch the kids play in the sand from the balconies.
The appointments and storage of supplies were well thought out.
This may well be our new annual family get away spot! It really couldn’t have been better.
