I rented this for family to stay at for my daughters graduation and it was perfect ? They had a wonderful time and enjoyed their stay.

Located right on a quiet beach perfect for families with small kids. Fresh fruits and vegetables close by. Enjoyed barbequing and watching the sunset each night. Will be going back.

The vacation home was awesome! The views were beautiful from every room. The beds were comfy and rooms decorated nicely. The kitchen had everything you would ever need to make a meal. We used the fire pit every night on the beach. Walked on the beach daily and found lots of shells and sand dollars. Only 20 min from boardwalk hustle. It was nice to come back to tranquility at night to hear the ocean from your bed. My family can’t wait to go back again next year. Thank you Cynthia for the use of your beautiful home.

If you don’t have a million dollar home with a private beach, then this is the place for you. The online reviews and pics did not disappoint…as a matter of fact, we were very pleasantly surprised when we got to the house. I wasn’t sure what to expect but my whole family (8 people in all ranging from 3 yrs to 74 yrs old) just loved the house. The weather could not have been more perfect during our entire stay (4 days). And yes, we did see Dolphins…We were pretty excited!!! I had to contact the owner/Cynthia because the folks who rented prior to our stay didn’t put some things (like bed parts) back in its original place. Cynthia responded immediately and remedied the problem right away over the phone. She never made us feel like we were bothering her. Just a suggestion for future renters: make sure to read the rules that are listed for you, they are very detailed and helpful. Also, you can make any arrangements you want to the beds etc… to make your stay as comfy as possible, however, please be courteous and make sure to put things back where they belong so the next house guests aren’t trying to figure things out at 11 pm (after everybody is exhausted from a long day playing in the sun and sand). This is definitely a trip we are considering doing annually with our family!

This place is a home. It doesn’t feel like a rental, It has everything that you’ll need to enjoy your stay. The beach is not crowded and full of wildlife, in and out of the water. You can walk for miles. It is almost located in the middle of Monterey Bay, You can go south to Monterey or north to Santa Cruz. We liked BBQing on the deck and watching the set into the ocean after dinner, nothing could be better .When we come back to the coast, this is the place that we want.
