This beach condo was perfect for our family’s Spring Break vacation. The condo is exactly as pictured on the site and had everything we needed. We cooked almost every meal during our stay and the kitchen was very well equipped. In fact, based on other rentals we have rented over the years, I would say this kitchen was better equipped than any we have rented in the past. If you like to cook on vacation, this kitchen will come in very handy. The views from both decks are spectacular and the easy access to beach was perfect for our teenage boys. Nothing like a fire pit and smors at night to complete a family vacation! As for the adults, we enjoyed morning coffee and evening wine on the deck, watching dolphins, pelicans and beautiful sunsets. The outdoor patio furniture was in great shape and very comfortable. All beds were comfortable as well and the use of 3 full baths came in very handy. The home was spotless and very clean. One of the best features is that you can hear the ocean all day and all night from every room in the condo.

Although some reviews state that this property is farther form Santa Cruz, we found it convenient. We had easy access to restaurants in nearby Watsonville, Aptos and Santa Cruz and could get to our favorite supermarket in Aptos in 7 mins or less. I also drove our boys into Santa Cruz to surf and could get to the famous Pleasure Point surf spot in less than 20 mins.
